Manufacturing Logistics Industrial Engineer
**General Description**

Please follow the link below to apply and a ManpowerGroup recruiter will connect with you on next steps: The Manufacturing Logistics Industrial Engineer will support the Manufacturing Operations team in the areas of Raw Materials Inventory Management, Wafer Input Logistics, Wafer Shipment Logistics, Automation of Factory Activity, and Creation/Improvement of Standard Operating Procedures. Specific Job Duties:
* Responsibilities focus primarily on the daily support of the production line, business process development, communication to shift operation teams, root cause problem analysis, and the completion of continuous improvement projects.
* Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for any packaging issue impacting a downstream customer.
* Reduction and/or Elimination of manual operations through system or equipment automation projects
* Partner with Procurement and Engineering Teams to improve factory raw materials inventory control (focus on Photo Resist).
* Work closely with system engineering to develop and implement systematic improvements to our logistics operations for improved work efficiency and error elimination.
* Change Agent: Ability to implement process improvements in a high volume factory through communication, getting buy in, roll out, and monitoring of the change point.
* Implement LEAN principles into factory operations and technical documentation
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
* Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering field
* 2 years minimum experience with demonstrated success in, Lean Manufacturing, Logistics Engineering, Project Management, or a Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineering Role.
* Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred
* Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identifies issues, and provides solutions to closure.
* Skilled as a change agent. Able to influence up, down, and across the organization to create change
* Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills; recognize 3rd & 4th order effects of a catalyst event
* Advanced Excel data analysis skills required (SQL skills preferred)
* Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Must be able to coordinate and communicating technical information to and from all levels of the organization.
* A history of "hands-on" approach to problem solving and countermeasure implementation within own areas of responsibility
* Proactive and self-driven approach to overcome challenges and achieve results
* Experience in manufacturing sciences (Theory of Constraints, Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, and Flow Optimization)
