Summary / Overview: Improve business processes related to manual fab operations, and standardize existing processes related to automation. Specific Job Duties: 1. Production Planning:
* Daily / Weekly / Monthly Shipment Goal Setting & Tracking
* Revenue Delivery Performance Tracking
* Part ID / Lot Type Management 2. Line Balance / Projects / Automation:
* Major Project Coordination and Planning
* Critical Line Profile BN Performance Management
* NPI Dashboard, Forecast Simulation, Line Profile Visual 3. Logistics:
* Contract: Fab Cleaning, Consumables, and Material handling
* Raw Materials: Silicon, Photo Resist, FOUP, and FOSB Control
* Financial: Mfg. Capital Budget, Expenses, and Project Budget
* Wafer Start / Shipment Automation, Auto FOUP Wash 4. Leadership:
* Provide day-to-day tactical direction to members of Logistics team
* Communicate and gain buy-in for both team and organization long-term strategic vision & goals
* Develop employees; assist them in achieving their career goals and objectives
* Facilitate maximizing employee engagement on team
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum # Years Required:
* BS Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
* 3-5 years progressive leadership experience required
* 5-7 years of manufacturing experience (semiconductor experience a plus) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, Tools:
* Strong leadership skills
* Business process development and improvement
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills required
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to assess situations and set priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
* Strong data analysis and problem solving ability
* Knowledgeable on Theory of Constraints, Lean Manufacturing, and basic Fab operations
* Knowledge of Fab systems preferred
