NPI Team Engineer
**General Description**
Specific Job Duties:
* Understanding of logic semiconductor manufacturing
* Advanced knowledge in photolithography process
* Ability to understand and manipulate overlay process control/strategies
* Identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
* Perform routine process monitoring, adjustments and qualification in a high-speed, high-throughput manufacturing environment
* Disposition lots, identifying the critical failures that imply bigger problems. Fix those problems or document and escalate
* Communicate with other engineers, technicians and manufacturing personnel.
* Own a critical module of the process flow: investigate quality issues, improve process margins, and maintain high level of process control
* Designs and runs all aspects of experiments to test hypotheses
* Able to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization
* Familiar with foundry style semiconductor manufacturing
* Understanding of photolithography process qualification
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Ability to prepare and present reports of a technical nature.
* Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals
* Fosters cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables. Participates and encourages transparent information sharing amongst team members.
* Dedicated to meeting and surpassing expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
* Makes timely, informed decisions that take into account facts, goals, constraints, and risks.

* Must have expert understanding of process in photo lithography and should be capable of shifting focus of individual/group's goals once priorities change
* Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (JMP, Minitab or otherwise). Education, Training, Certification(s): 4-year bachelor degree in engineering 4-10+ years' experience in semiconductor process engineering
